The views were lovely, which made it a shame that the place itself was so poorly kept. The toilets were dirty, and the reception service was awful. When I complained, the person at reception, who said she was the owner, got offended and started yelling. She said it wasn't her fault, that I couldn't teach her hospitality, and that the other clients were responsible for the mess. Her behavior was unbearable and offensive. She kept emphasizing that she owned the place, and came across as a bit arrogant. I don't recommend it.

The traditional Moroccan food was top quality, and everything felt hygienic and comfortable. Everyone in this family business was friendly and amazing, smiling from the start of our stay to the end. We had a very good experience and really appreciated the hospitality. We’ll be back, and I recommend this place to anyone.

The chimney made the place feel warm, and the food and service were both good. I enjoyed being outdoors, though it was very windy. I'd like to try coming back on a sunny day.

We had to leave in the end. We'd booked ahead for a birthday celebration and agreed to pay to bring cakes and other things, so we expected the cakes to be kept in the fridge. After breakfast, things went downhill: they seemed to favor the other guests and took chairs away from us. Then, an hour later, they brought out the cakes and said we'd never agreed to it and that it wasn't allowed. The cakes hadn't even been refrigerated. Worst experience ever, with the poorest service. Don't go!
