Inyan Dakhla Hotel

The room was good, with a balcony, its own toilet and shower, and a fridge, though there was no air conditioning. Staff were polite and friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant with a reasonable wine list, and Wi-Fi was available in the room, reception, and restaurant. In this very hot area, insects can show up, but it wasn’t bad here. The value was reasonable for the location. I’m giving only three stars because the shower drain was clogged, as I understand was the case in most rooms.

The hotel faces the Bay of Rio de Oro and sits just north of the town center. It’s modern and comfortable, with a balcony in every room, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms don’t have air conditioning, facial tissues, or daily bottled water. The front desk person spoke limited English but knew French.

The room was really clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. I woke up to a spectacular sunrise view. There was a hole in my bathroom, but everything else was so nice that I barely noticed it. I love this place.

We spent three nights here as a family and wished we could have stayed longer. Leila at reception deserves a special thank you. She was friendly, always smiling, and did everything she could to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of both the airport and downtown, with a breathtaking view of the local river. The food was delicious, especially the fish, which my wife and children loved. We’d happily stay here again.
