Rachid is the main reason I’ll be back at Residence America. He and the rest of the team made sure I was looked after. Everyone was friendly and flexible, the rooms were clean, and the cafe downstairs had a good menu and great service.

The accommodation was beautiful and spotless, and the staff were so kind and courteous. There’s a restaurant downstairs too. Special thanks to the property manager, Rachid. A really positive stay, five stars and more.

Our apartment was cool, clean, and tidied every day, with fresh towels. The breakfast was included and offered plenty of variety. We also got a warm welcome, excellent service, and a free ride from the airport. We loved staying here and recommend it to anyone visiting Dakhla.

Ask for Rashid. We came in on motorbikes around dinner time and they treated us like royalty. The young team was professional, cheerful, and welcoming. I’d recommend the place.

We only stayed one night before heading to the lagoon’s edge for a week of kiting, and leaving this place for our little desert cabin was harder than expected. The room was much larger than we thought, with all the amenities, and the service was superb. Airport pickup and breakfast were included, and both were great. A 10/10 hotel I’d happily recommend to anyone going to Dakhla town.
