New Spirit Dakhla

I made the progress I hoped for during my week at New Spirit Dakhla, thanks to ideal kiting conditions and a professional center with smooth, safety-focused organization. The lagoon and kite spot are right in front of the hotel. It feels like a quiet little desert oasis, with a social buzz around the pool and lively bar. The staff are genuinely welcoming, and the place feels more like a community than a hotel. My bungalow was clean and looked after daily, and the buffet was varied, healthy, and delicious. A few small things could be better: there isn't much room for clothes, the Wi-Fi can be unreliable in the back bungalows, and a dedicated yoga or stretching space would be useful. It was hard to leave, and I'd love to come back.

The relaxed, welcoming feel of New Spirit Hotel made us feel at home quickly. The team was attentive and caring, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a magnificent lagoon view. The food was varied, tasty, and generous, made with fresh ingredients and a lovely local touch. We enjoyed every meal, especially after a day on the water. We spent five wonderful days here, and the location and wind conditions are excellent for kitesurfing. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we'd recommend the hotel whether you're here to kite or simply enjoy the unique, restorative setting.

The hotel is right on the beach, in a perfect spot for kitesurfing. A big thank you to Zouhaire, who went out of his way to make my stay fantastic. Thanks so much to him and all the staff :)
