Hotel centre ville

The staff are kind and genuinely try to help, and the central location gives the hotel potential. But maintenance and some facilities need work before it feels up to a real 3-star standard. The WiFi is catastrophic and seriously affects the stay. With a renovation, better upkeep, and reliable internet, this could be a much better choice in El Jadida.

The room didn't meet a satisfactory standard, and there were some problems in the washroom. The staff, though, were professional, helpful, and behaved quite well. That was the highlight of my visit.

This was my second stay, and I'll come back next time I'm in El Jaddia. The rooms are clean and nicely presented, breakfast was good, and parking is right outside the entrance. The staff are friendly, helpful, and really nice.

The breakfast came from the cafe and was much like what we've had at other hotels in Morocco: local bread, a pain au chocolat, regular bread, an omelet, orange juice, tea or coffee, yogurt, jam, a small cheese, olives, and olive oil. The hotel is close to the beach, with street parking right out front, though someone probably hit our rented car while we were there. We had a good room with a view, and the receptionist was very nice. A few things were lousy: the sheets were put on strangely and some items were broken. Still, the place was clean, had good toiletries and a mini bar, and felt like a real 3-star hotel.
