For your health and peace of mind, stay away. We were a group of women travelling together, and had to change three rooms because the air conditioning didn't work, the toilets were broken, and there were bugs in the beds. The replacement rooms weren't much better. The AC could only get the room down to 27°C, and our room had a broken faucet. Restaurant service was some of the worst I've personally experienced. They repeatedly forgot things we'd ordered during the same evening, and ignored us when we tried to talk to them. Without our male tour guide, none of our requests would have been followed up. The pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom at the shallow end, and there was a bunch of broken glass on the floor by the pool tables.

I booked a night there for my customers. This is the feedback they gave me: Our hotel here was really not good. There were holes in the ceiling and walls of our room, the carpet was threadbare, and there was no running water that morning. Supper was poor too. None of us would eat the chicken.

The pool is great for a swim on a sunny day, with palm trees all around it. The rooms and bungalows are pretty good too, especially the beds, small fridge, air conditioning (which I really needed in that hot, arid weather), and nice shower. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Errachidia.

The reception was pleasant and the service was really good. The hotel has a swimming pool, open bar, restaurant, and coffee shop.
