The rooms smelled bad and were very moldy, with disgusting black mold on the bathroom walls. The towels were damp and smelly, and the service was poor. We had booked 5 nights, but checked out after 1 night and found a decent apartment.

We loved our time at Riad Inna. The room was cozy and clean, and breakfast was included, delicious, and served on the terrace, which was a great spot for people watching. The concierge was a big help with planning our time in Essaouira, including booking a hammam and suggesting great food and activities around town.

The manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Riad Inna is beautiful, clean, and full of charm. Its location right in the heart of the medina made it easy to explore Essaouira. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it!

Super relaxed and welcoming spot, and the room was really comfortable. Badr and all the staff were helpful, though I can't spell their interesting names. 😁 They let me keep my bicycle inside the foyer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble for these can-do people. Breakfast on the roof terrace was simple but good. I'm coming back for a rooftop dinner this pm. All in all, a super spot. Essential Essoueria.
