Very comfy rooms, quiet and cozy, and the staff were amazingly kind and helpful. Breakfast is included every morning, with fresh hot coffee and fresh juice. It's a lovely place, close to restaurants and the market and not far from the north entrance/exit of the Medina. Super convenient for the bus and taxis, too.

I’ve been coming back to Riad Jade Mogador since 2014, and it really feels like a second home. The calm, grounding atmosphere, very comfortable beds, and delicious home-cooked dinners keep me happy to return. Merci Khadija 🙏🏽❤️

The staff were very nice, the owner speaks good English, and the location is great. Street noise wasn’t a problem, the room was made up daily, and breakfast was okay. The riad feels run down and needs renovation. The rooftop is neglected, though it could be nice with sunbeds if someone looked after it. There were no basic toiletries, and even the hand soap had run out. The price felt high for the condition. Our towels were stained, breakfast was the same each day, and when neighbors were loud it was hard to sleep because some windows wouldn’t close properly and had no working locks. Wi-Fi was also unreliable in some rooms.

We liked it so much that we added a few days to our stay. The riad is right in the heart of Essaouira, with lovely decor, attention to detail, and a peaceful, relaxing feel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast used high-quality ingredients, and the staff and owner were kind and helpful. The rooftop view is incredible, and the price is very reasonable. I hope to return soon. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

The rooftop has terrific ocean views, and staying inside the Medina made exploring this lovely little town more fun. The riad was very clean, with wonderful staff and service for a reasonable price. I’d happily stay here again.
