The hotel is tucked inside the shopping alleyway, so take a video of the route or you might get lost. Once you find it, it’s beautiful, central, and the staff are really friendly. I loved my stay here and loved Essaouira too, especially its lovely people. My favourite hotel in all of Morocco. Loved it, 10/10, will return!

It was nothing like the pictures. The room was basic, very cold, and had no water, soap, or towels. Really disappointing. At least I only stayed one night.

The location is very convenient, and the Riad is decent, with clean rooms. There was a faint smell in our room, and another traveller had to change rooms because theirs smelled strongly of sewage. The hot water runs out, and there’s no heat or AC in the rooms.

A nice guy at reception and a great location in the medina, close to restaurants, shops, and town. But this feels like a cheap hotel with Riad decorations, fine for one night and not comfortable for longer. The breakfast was poor, with almost no vegetables. Our room smelled strange, and there was no heating in January, so it was cold at night.
