Dar Hafsa

Aziz met us at the blue gate when we arrived and walked us to the riad. Our room was beautiful, clean, and quiet, and the whole place is peaceful despite being centrally located. Before the trip, they also helped arrange a walking tour, a hammam, and transport around Morocco. My husband and I had a wonderful time at Dar Hafsa, and we’d stay again if we return to Fes. Highly recommend.

The Medina can be confusing to navigate, especially at night, so it made a real difference that the team arranged pick-ups and drop-offs for everything we booked. They set up a great Medina tour with a professional, friendly guide, recommended places to eat, and helped us book a hammam. They were helpful and attentive throughout, and often offered mint tea. Abdul Harim was especially warm and caring, and a pleasure to talk with. We also loved spending time inside the riad. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean, and has a gorgeous terrace with wonderful views where we could relax over tea. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and quality sheets. Breakfast each morning was generous and delicious, with pastries, yogurt, eggs, juice, coffee, honey, and jam. We were more than satisfied. The location is handy, inside the Medina but not too far in, and close to the Blue Gate. Abdul Harim and Azis made us feel welcome from the start, arranged our airport taxi, met us when we arrived, and helped carry our bags through the Medina. We felt very well looked after and would definitely come back to Dar Hafsa.

Mounir and his dad were so kind, and gave us helpful local recommendations. They welcomed us with a lovely mint tea. The breakfast was amazing, and our comfortable room had a warm shower and hair dryer. The riad looked just like the pictures and was beautiful, right in the middle of the medina. I’d happily stay there again.

Abdul Karim and Aziz were so kind and gave us useful tips on places to see and good restaurants. The riad is bright, beautiful, and comfortable, with a lovely terrace for relaxing, and the Moroccan breakfast was delicious. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home during an unforgettable stay in Fes. We’d love to return and highly recommend it.
