The room was satisfactory, but the staff are what really set this riad apart. They were polite, excellent, and happy to help whenever I had a problem. I also enjoyed talking with them, and their tips about Fes, including places to see and tourist traps, were genuinely useful. The location felt convenient and safe, and breakfast was good. They were happy to serve tea too. I’d recommend staying here.

Ismail and Ayman made our stay in Fez especially memorable with their kindness and attention. The riad itself is beautiful and peaceful, and they helped with everything we needed. On our last day, they kept our bags while we explored, arranged an airport taxi, and printed our boarding passes, which are required at Fez airport. They made the day so easy for us. Thanks to both of them for their hospitality and for making our time in Morocco unforgettable. Highly recommended.

That terrace upstairs was magnificent, and the riad itself is a 300-year-old masterpiece of Fez architecture with a wonderful aroma. The breakfast was tasty and filling, and the location beside Bab Boujloud made it easy to get there from the train station. Ayman was especially hospitable and honest. It was the best experience I’ve had in Morocco.

Aiman at reception was friendly, attentive, and very helpful with suggestions for places to visit. The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The blue gate is just a few meters away, so the location is hard to beat and the riad is easy to find. There are also loads of affordable places to eat nearby.

The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water and good pressure, and the service was excellent. The riad is conveniently placed in the Medina. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay there.
