Bad, though tolerable. A lot of these problems have already appeared in earlier reviews, but they still haven’t been fixed, even though they seem easy to address and the comments get replies. That feels like a bad attitude. We had a triple room booked, but it didn’t seem prepared for three people. There were only two beds at first. After we pointed it out, they brought another bed, and only after a second reminder did they add a sheet. One of the three ID cards didn’t work at all, and the bathroom wasn’t fully functional. The building has two sides with no clear signs, and the layout is hard to understand. There were no small spoons for the yogurt, another issue mentioned in earlier reviews. Breakfast was poor too. I went at 7:20, when about 70% of the seats were taken and everyone had yogurt on their table. I can’t be bothered to list everything, but the food selection was the smallest of all the hotels I visited on this trip. Overall, bad.

After our tour checked in, my buddy and I went back to reception because one bed wouldn’t work for us. The agent apologized and said the hotel was full. Then our guide came over, and suddenly a room with two beds was available. Our whole wing looked empty. Dinner had no wine, though alcohol was available downstairs at the bar. The elevator wouldn’t take us to the ground floor where the restaurant was. We often had to ask for napkins or spoons, and breakfast offered no meat beyond cold cut slices.

The view and location were wonderful, but what made this stay special was the people. Aymane made my family feel at home from the moment we arrived, with real warmth and thoughtful hospitality. Omar, Ghita, and the rest of the front desk team were consistently welcoming and professional. Housekeeping also deserves credit for keeping everything comfortable and pristine. The staff are what make this place shine.

For the high price, I expected much better quality and service. Cars outside my room made a lot of noise, and the garden looked neglected. Inside, water leaked in the bathroom and old stains on the carpet made the room feel unclean. I left very disappointed.
