The spa and restaurant were both outstanding, and the panoramic terrace had breathtaking views. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It’s a stunning palace with top-level luxury and impeccable service that stayed friendly and professional. A perfect choice for a luxurious stay in Fez.

The panoramic terrace was a lovely place to unwind and take in the city views, and the spa added another layer of relaxation. Though the palace is well located, inside it feels like a peaceful private sanctuary. The architecture is breathtaking, with careful detail and traditional craftsmanship throughout. Its calm, elegant, authentic atmosphere made it easy to disconnect and relax. The suites were exceptionally spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and comfortable. The common areas were well maintained too. Traditional design and modern comfort come together beautifully here. This is a five-star stay built around beauty, comfort, and atmosphere, and it lives up to its reputation as one of the most remarkable places to stay in Fez. A destination in itself for anyone seeking elegance, serenity, and a memorable stay.

The attentive, impeccable service and genuine care for every guest are what made this stay unforgettable. The palace is stunning, and our suite was beautifully designed with an especially elegant bathroom. The Moroccan food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. A world-class luxury hotel experience.

There’s a real sense of peace here, and the palace is spacious, tasteful, and very well maintained. The comfortable spaces and calm atmosphere feel well balanced. A refined setting for a relaxing stay.

The staff were few, but some seemed sincere and hardworking. Still, chronic understaffing left maintenance and service quality very poor and clearly insufficient. My room was dark, outdated, and far from clean. My pre-existing allergy symptoms may have worsened because of those conditions, and I couldn’t sleep properly. The hotel and room felt closed off and unwelcoming, and I struggled to feel comfortable or relaxed. This hotel wasn’t my choice. A local travel agency assigned it to me as a five-star property. I’d seen negative reviews and asked to change before arriving, but was told it was the cleanest and best option, so I trusted them. My own experience matched those reviews. I stayed on New Year’s Eve and ordered the hotel dinner. It was expensive, but the food and service didn’t justify the cost, and an interaction during the meal was extremely unpleasant. Later in my trip I’d become more used to accommodation standards in Morocco, but this hotel still felt particularly cut off from outside, and its dark interiors made it hard to feel at ease in my room. It made me wonder whether changes in management or franchise-style operations might have affected the property, as seems to have happened with some hotels in recent years. This is just my personal experience, shared in case it helps travelers considering a stay. After walking around the neighborhood, I found many other nearby accommodation options. If a tour company assigns you this hotel, I strongly recommend asking for a different property if possible.
