I'd strongly advise against staying here. The staff seemed friendly, but they lied to me, and after all the booking problems, that was the last straw. I booked more than a month ahead. On check-in day, after the riad had closed, they told me there'd been a pricing error and refused to honor my original rate, even for one night. I waited outside in the cold for two hours before anyone came to speak to me. They said they couldn't come sooner because they were watching the World Cup. I got sick after waiting out there. The managers repeatedly promised to help me recover the extra cost through the booking platform and said they were in touch with it. Later, the platform told me it had sent the property many messages, all of which were ignored. I stayed 11 nights, and no one changed the sheets or towels. I had to beg for toilet paper and handwash after they ran out. The sheets were filthy, with bodily fluids, stains and hairs. I had to insist over and over that they change them. They tried to tell me they were clean, but it was obvious other people had slept in them. There was also a dried contact lens on the sink. I put up with some of this because the managers acted friendly and blamed the platform. Things felt dodgy, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt while I was there. Once the platform confirmed the property had ignored its messages in an effort to avoid paying commission, the rest made sense. I'd seen reviews mentioning similar problems, including incorrect prices, before I booked, but didn't pay much attention. Don't make the same mistake.
