La Cheminée Bleue Fes

Omar helped me throughout my stay. The place was very clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was great. Easily the best place to stay in Fez. I'll definitely come back 😊

We had a spacious, clean room with lovely decor, and the terrace overlooks the whole Medina. The price was very good for what you get. The staff were fantastic. They helped us find our way from the train station, suggested places to eat and shared useful information about the area. Omar was especially friendly and helpful.

The family running the Riad were so kind and helpful. They can assist with bookings and finding your way through the confusing medina streets.

This place could be lovely, but it felt neglected and the staff seemed annoyed with us instead of helpful. We arrived late and found staff sleeping in a guest room on the ground floor. They stayed there for both nights, while we had to haul our suitcases all the way upstairs without help. The bathroom looked nice, but the showerhead in our room was completely blocked. I reported it, and nothing was done. Breakfast was a letdown too. On the second morning we had to wake the staff because breakfast wasn't ready at the scheduled time. I'd look for somewhere else next time.
