It had the authentic feel you'd expect from a traditional riad, and the staff were kind and helpful without being overly touristy. The place was clean and in an excellent spot in Fez, with the main attractions easy to reach. We had a very good experience and would definitely stay again.

The ambience is great and the service is top notch. Fatima is a wonderful host. Such an excellent, fantastic place, I highly recommend it. 😍🙏👌🏽🤘🏾✌️

This is based on our experience. After we finally made it to the house, we were told the owner wanted us to cancel our booking. We explained it would be difficult for us to find somewhere else, but he insisted that people usually book well in advance and stay more than one night. The location is remote. We asked the owner to pick us up at the taxi drop-off, but unlike at the other riads we'd visited, he wasn't happy to do so and told us to follow the signs. We spent 30 minutes going up and down hills with our luggage and small child before reaching it. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for families. Asking guests to cancel after they've already arrived is a big no and very rude.

Rashida even runs cooking classes. We learned to make bread, chicken tajine, and a Moroccan bean dish. I wasn't very hungry because I'd become sick, but I still managed to eat everything on my plate. Rashida is a fantastic cook. The building is beautiful and comes with AC, hot showers, lovely rooms and furniture. Rashida and Naj were very accommodating, and the whole place was a fantastic spot for an excellent price.

I LOVE this place and Najir!!!! Nowhere I've stayed has been this beautiful or welcoming. If I make it back to Fez, I'm absolutely staying there again.
