We paid for the reservation in full, but our group of 10 friends had to leave and couldn't stay. We had hoped to enjoy the place, but the location felt shady and we didn't feel safe. Inside, a musty smell filled the riad, and people with allergies started feeling sick. We found the bathrooms and showers had no doors, and the tubs were too deep and hazardous to get in and out of. One bedroom was on the rooftop, reached by very steep stairs that felt unsafe, and you had to go outdoors to get there. There were no windows in that room, while the other bedrooms' windows opened only onto the common area, so there was no privacy. What looked like a pool held old, stale water that seemed unhealthy to use and made the smell worse.

We came away so glad we chose this riad. The owner and staff made communication and hospitality easy, and its location is excellent. It's near the Medina and close to shops like a supermarket, all kinds of restaurants, and a taxi point.

We paid for the whole house, but the landlord provided only half the rooms and locked the rest. She didn't follow the AIRBNB rules, so we'll take it up with airbnb. The attitude was very bad. NEVER COME BACK!

The Moroccan design makes this house beautiful. I loved the courtyard and living room, and the little pool was just right for cooling off. Totally in love with the place.

What a magnificent, pleasant riad, in an ideal spot for getting to the medina. Lidia was responsive, flexible, and helpful, and Abdellatif and Aïcha were lovely. Absolutely fantastic, I'd recommend it 200%!
