Our large group booked a block of rooms, and the staff made the stay special. Brahim and Yassine were so kind and available nearly around the clock. The breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options, and I especially loved being greeted warmly each morning. Wherever guests were dining or relaxing, the team were attentive and thoughtful, including in the lobby, pool lounge, and restaurant. Three of us tried the spa. The hammam scrub was serious, and I was happily surprised by the massage. I think it was the best scrub and massage combination I've had in Morocco. The woman who looked after me was a miracle worker, and the cooling plunge pool afterward felt great. Our rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate and restocked my tea daily. The soaps were high quality, the WiFi worked very well, and the AC gets cold. We had one maintenance issue with sticky AC control buttons, but the desk fixed it within five minutes of our call. The hotel is a little too far from the medina to walk, but the neighborhood has lots of good casual dining. After a day in the busy market, it was nice to be on calmer streets in a safe-feeling area where we could relax. We had no trouble getting a cab or using InDrive, and the nearest medina gate was barely a 10-minute drive away. Someone in our group unexpectedly got sick, and we needed help with ground transport, a room reassignment, and last-minute room service. The team handled it all kindly and professionally, which made the situation much easier. Their help was invaluable. I can't recommend this hotel enough for big groups. Our tour, Exoticca Tours, booked this as an upgraded hotel. The room was fine for sleeping, and the staff provided great, attentive service. But bring only what you need: there was no water, not even a pen, and just one glass in the room and one in the washroom. The hotel could use a magic easer and a deep clean. The view from our window was of dirt and trash, and it was gross outside.

The location is good for getting around on foot, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It's an average hotel with a decent selection of food, though there wasn't much variety. We couldn't get the room temperature right, either too hot or too cold.

The friendly staff and comfortable bed were the only good parts of this stay. The buffet was bland and had limited choices, but I could've put up with that if my room hadn't been such a problem. It was the worst hotel I've stayed in, and I honestly think the room was a health hazard. It was clearly well used, with scuffed, battered floors, walls, and furniture. Worse, I found mould, and the room clearly had water problems. I was travelling with a group and the hotel was full, so I couldn't switch rooms. Otherwise, I would've stayed somewhere else.

Our tour, “The WingBuddy”, put us here. The towels were old and torn, like my dog's towels, and the bedsheets were old too. There was mould in the shower, and no bottled water in the room, so you had to buy it. The included dinner buffet was below average. I'd strongly recommend staying away.
