The rooms are lovely and the food is delicious, but I was very disappointed by the SPA. I paid 60 euros for the “Formula” package, which was meant to include a Hammam and a 35-minute massage. During the Hammam, the woman kept leaving and then rushing through the steps when she came back. There was no traditional foamy wash, just soap, and I had to wash myself. The water she poured was always too hot, and it was difficult to communicate in English. I checked the time before the massage because the Hammam had been so poorly done. The massage lasted just 20 minutes. The masseuse left too, then came back and told me I had to go. It was hard to relax. I don’t recommend this service, it wasn’t worth the price. Look for another SPA.

Mustapha and Amal at reception, and Mustapha and Meriam in the restaurant, were all friendly and helpful. The pool staff were friendly too. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with little touches that make a difference. Summer prices are reasonable. A well deserved 5 stars.

The rooms were dirty and moldy, and the food was bland. Even the hot dishes weren’t hot at all. Reception wasn’t helpful. A terrible experience.

The hotel is nice, and Ibrahim, the bartender or restaurant guy, was super friendly, easygoing, and helpful. The cleaner for room 416 was really friendly and kept it very clean too. Those two deserve 10 stars. I’d love to thank them for their hospitality.

The pool and service were nice, but the room didn’t live up to the four stars, the price, or the photos. It was dark, the bed was hard, and there were only three sockets in the whole room. The bathroom felt cheap: the shower head barely worked, the toilet paper was thin, and sometimes the toilet leaked. We could probably have found somewhere better for a similar price.
