Riad Fes Ziyat & Spa

The property is in very good condition and not far from the gate where you can get a taxi. The staff gave us impeccable service and hospitality. Ahmed and Simo, thank you for everything. I’d recommend staying here.

Riad Fes Ziyat was a highlight of our visit, with a lovely rooftop terrace and sweeping views of Fes. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotless; intricate tilework, carved wood, and soft lighting made it feel relaxing and luxurious. Breakfast was fresh, generous, and delicious, served with care in the central courtyard. The team were warm and attentive throughout. They welcomed us with mint tea, helped us get around the medina, and arranged transportation. The restored riad brings traditional Moroccan architecture together with modern comfort, and has a peaceful feel despite being tucked into the historic medina. It’s a memorable experience, not just somewhere to sleep.

We stayed in the Deluxe Junior Suite. The manager and staff were welcoming and looked after us well, including helping us get a taxi and advising what we should pay. The courtyard has a great atmosphere, and the riad is beautifully decorated with easy access to the medina. The food was okay, though not the best we’ve had. Paying was a bit inconvenient. The manager said he couldn’t charge our card through Booking, as the previous riad had, so we had to pay in cash and work out the conversions.

After such warm, attentive service from Simo and the whole team, we’re already looking forward to coming back in a few days. This place is a real hidden gem in the heart of the Medina. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with top-notch amenities and very comfortable beds. The food was exceptional, full of quality and flavor, and the internet has been the best we’ve had so far. The team exceeded our expectations with their hospitality and care.
