The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, with several nice seating spots, sun loungers and a peaceful feel. Breakfast there, all made by the lovely Myriam, was excellent. The two hot tubs were cold during our visit, which was a shame, though it didn't spoil things. The rooms were lovely and clean, nicely decorated and had hairdryers, towels, toiletries and a handy fridge. The staff were lovely and always willing to help. A porter trolleyed our bags the short way to the residence, and Xavier offered an airport pickup before we arrived. We definitely recommend taking that option, as finding the Riad on arrival would be difficult. It's in a great spot, just a 5-minute walk from the main square in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic place, highly recommended and very reasonably priced at €209 for 4 nights.

The location couldn't be better, just a 7 minute walk from the main square. We arrived without a reservation but had no trouble getting a room. Aysha and Youssef were extremely nice, and the room was always clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the wifi decent. We also booked a trip through them, and their price was even lower than what we saw in the Medina shops. Having a Jacuzzi on the terrace was an awesome extra after a warm day walking around. Extremely recommended.
The room stayed too warm and humid the whole time, even though the AC worked. That's the only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five. Otherwise, it was a very nice riad, with friendly staff, a great terrace including a Jacuzzi, amazing showers and nicely lit rooms. Hamada was great to chat with and gave me information and directions for free. Anyone who's been in marrakech knows what I mean.
Emmanuel is a great guy, and the riad is in the perfect location. I recommend it.
Mediocre.
