The hammam and spa were a real highlight, with careful, expert treatments that left us relaxed and refreshed. We also appreciated how much the team helped us plan our time in Fes. They arranged great guides and dinner bookings at wonderful local places, then personally walked us there so we wouldn’t get lost in the medina. It made us feel very looked after. The riad itself is beautiful, combining Moroccan character with refined luxury. Everything feels considered, and the atmosphere is peaceful and elegant.

We booked a room with a large private terrace, and it was absolutely worth it. Breakfast there was amazing. This is a big, airy riad, with a spacious courtyard between the rooms, so even when other guests are around, it can feel like you have the place to yourself. We also had dinner one night and loved the food, wine, and bar selection. Reda and the staff were thoughtful and kind, making us feel at home in a quiet spot right in the middle of everything. The building is historic and beautifully designed, a highlight of our Morocco trip. We hope to come back someday.

A former vizir’s residence, restored with such attention to detail. Riad Mayfez is stunning, with an elegant, peaceful atmosphere that feels almost magical. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly helpful with everything. Wonderful hospitality and a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Riad Mayfez was a special part of our tenth anniversary trip, and we spent a couple of days there while visiting fes. The Vizir’s suite was spacious, full of character, and beautifully put together. From the architecture and interiors to the leafy courtyard, calm pool, and rooftop views, the place feels breathtaking and almost magical. The staff were caring, warm, and attentive, and made us feel like honored guests in a private home. We loved the food, and the spa was a perfect place to unwind after the Medina, just an easy four-minute walk away. Historic, luxurious, and still welcoming and comfortable. Unforgettable!

The Palmyra Suite is especially lovely. This beautiful property is right in the heart of Fez, with inviting rooms, well kept grounds, and a restaurant serving fresh food. We found the service perfect. The photos don’t do the place justice, and I’d highly recommend it for a Fez getaway.
