Rim Aquatique Hôtel & Nature

A great spot for kids and anyone who loves sun and water. The rooms are very nice, large and clean, with all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Staff were great and helpful, the food was good, and reception were especially kind and helpful. It's only 18 minutes from FEZ old town. I'd definitely stay again.

The park entrance price feels too high for what you get, and the food is expensive for its quality. The water park also has sloppy construction and clearly needs maintenance. The showers they set up only work sometimes, and the children's pool play features were only partly filled with water, so it seemed like some weren't working. Music played all day without breaks, way too loud, and more like something for a techno club.

We had a blast on a sunny weekday when it wasn't crowded. It's a clean, classy public pool, the best we've seen in the area, and everything was organized and well maintained. Adults pay 200 dirhams, kids aged 4 to 12 pay 100, and children under 4 get in free. There are lots of pools and slides for both kids and adults, plus a wave pool. They also had a DJ and activities like racing, dancing and singing. I strongly recommend it.

I was disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this place. Both the slides and wave pool were out of service. We complained and were told they'd see what they could do, but nothing happened. They kept switching off the kiddie pool sprinklers too. We had to ask for them to turn them on, and then they turned them off again. Then a little girl threw up by the pool. The woman who came to clean it poured water on it and pushed it aside instead of picking it up.
