Breakfast was nice, and the owner was such a nice guy. I was happy to meet him, so I’m sorry I can’t give a better score. We stayed one winter night for 19€ for two people. The room felt airless and the flat was freezing cold, and the towels smelled bad. For the price, the value was poor. It could suit travelers who want to see a local flat and get a feel for local life.
Esaqi Mohamed is the reason this place works so well. He’s charming and has a good sense of humor, and you always feel welcome here.

It’s a man’s home where he rents out rooms, and he personally welcomes you, makes breakfast, and helps with whatever you need. The breakfast was spectacular, just like in the photo. He was friendly and so hospitable, and we felt at home. Everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were large and quite comfortable. It was very cheap and easy to find. Thanks for the great service. If I come back to Fez, I’ll stay here again, Inshallah 🤞🏻
