Since the renovation, the hotel is much better than the bad reviews from 2016 made it sound. The halls and rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful, as you'd expect from hotel staff. Noise still comes through the windows and door. I wasn't especially keen on the breakfast since there wasn't much variety, but it does the job.

This was really the worst experience. The information didn't match what I found, and nothing was suitable for staying there. The air conditioner didn't work. I have evidence.

When I traveled to Morocco for a conference, I had a good time here. It's a good spot for both business and vacation, with a really nice, professional team. I strongly recommend the place 👍💥 🇺🇸🇫🇷🇨🇬 🇨🇩 Keep spreading love, dear Morocco people ❤️ Be blessed 🙏

I've stayed here on nearly every vacation visit from the USA since 2011, and each year the hotel seems to get worse. Last year, the room had no AC, the bed broke under me, and the pool was filthy. I came back yesterday for one last chance and told them about that bad stay. They promised to make it up to me. But once again, there's no AC. The bathroom floods when you shower, there are no towels, and there's no working phone in the room. There's a phone, but no cables. The lightbulb cord by the bed is held with duct tape. What is this?

It costs 45Eur, which isn't expensive, and the beds are spacious, clean, and good. The central location is a plus, with some good restaurants nearby. It must have been an excellent hotel once, but it isn't so nice anymore.
