The courtyard is beautiful, and even on a December afternoon it was pleasant to sit outside. There are several other nice communal rooms too. It's a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk to plenty of restaurants and the market, and Google has the location right. The owner was friendly and kind, and his advice about where to go nearby and the road conditions was 100% right, even with some roads affected by snow in late December. There's secure parking in a compound 25m down the road, which worked well for motorbikes. The rooms were cozy, everything worked as expected, and there was a little table with cushions. We added breakfast for 50 dirham, and it was a lovely choice. I'd definitely stay again.

A really friendly host, a nice place, and secure parking for the car. I slept well and enjoyed the breakfast. It was just what I wanted, perfect.

I didn't try breakfast because I hadn't booked it. The value for money was good, and everything else I was looking for was here: friendly, available staff; a clean, new, well-furnished riad; spacious rooms and bathroom; and hot water with good pressure. The best riad in Morocco so far.

Abdellah made sure we were enjoying our stay and gave us plenty of advice about the neighborhood. His English is definitely above the average in Morocco, which made communication very easy. My girlfriend is vegan, and he always made sure there was something for her at breakfast and dinner. We had a very good time at the fennec riad. When we wanted to see the dunes, he arranged a day trip for us at a reasonable price, with the option of staying overnight in the desert too. Very much recommended.

The food was amazing, especially the evening chicken tadjin 😍. Abdullah is a very nice owner, and there's a big parking area. The Riad is very good, with AC and everything we needed in the rooms. I really recommend this place, five stars!
