I came away with a negative impression because I saw some security staff treating employees in a way that seemed unprofessional and disrespectful. Good communication and mutual respect matter in any workplace. I hope this improves in the future.

The rooms and pool were okay, and the hotel otherwise seemed promising, but there’s a lot to improve. The staff and service were terrible. The food was poor quality, and some buffet food served the next day had spoiled overnight. Breakfast bread was hard as a rock.

Hotel Club Reda is among the biggest and most impressive hotels around here. Since the recent renovation, it feels fresh, modern, and more welcoming. The upgraded rooms are more comfortable, better designed, and cleaner, while the spacious areas and peaceful atmosphere make it a relaxing option for a getaway, including for families. You can see the effort put into updating the service and style. With its size, new look, and quiet charm, it’s now a good option for visitors wanting comfort and value in a modern setting.
