The staff are such a pleasure to be around, really kind and helpful. A few speak English, and nearly everyone speaks French. They even made us dinner when we got back at 10:30 pm one night, which says a lot about how accommodating they are. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the argan oil toiletries smell lovely. There are fruit trees and flowers all over the grounds, several crystal clear pools, and a lovely lake view. Breakfast has a huge selection of traditional Moroccan food, and there's also a bar and restaurant. It feels like a very fancy luxury hotel, and this was my second stay, after first coming in 2021. Honestly, it feels like paradise on earth. I plan to stay here whenever I come to Morocco. 10/10, would recommend.

The pool is a great place to spend the day, with good food, service, and atmosphere, and we love being right by the lake. Entry is 100 MAD for the day. Since we come often and spend plenty on food and drinks, I wish the fee were a bit lower. The music can also get too loud sometimes, especially when they bring a big speaker near the pool. Softer, more relaxed music through the regular hotel speakers would be nicer. Still one of our favorite places in the khemisset region for swimming and lunch.

The restaurant by the pool served us food that was only mediocre, so that part could use some improvement. But the receptionists, both the woman and the man there, were so lovely. I arrived today and absolutely loved the place. It's a hidden 💎, and a good spot if you want to recharge your battery. 10/10.

We only came for the day and used the pool that's separate from the one hotel guests use. The kids had fun, and we enjoyed the good service and food. It's a beautiful area with a lovely view, away from the city noise, so you can relax.
