The water outage in the area began this morning, and that wasn't the hotel's fault. Still, the team helped us every minute and put in an incredible amount of care and effort to solve problems. They handled the chaos so well. We arrived yesterday as a group of 17 after a very long trip, exhausted, dirty, and difficult to deal with. Everyone had requests and complaints, and the staff responded with patience, understanding, and quick help. They took care of everything we asked for and even made us an amazing dinner. A special thanks to Youness at reception and Yassin, who looked after us like parents, and to the chef for providing such an incredible level of service in a place where that isn't easy. Love you all.

I slept like a baby for 10hrs, thanks to the peaceful location with no noise around. The place is clean and amazing, with spacious rooms and beautiful views. Prices are affordable and reasonable for the quality of service and food. The local food and breakfast were fantastic. The Chef deserves a bonus 😅, I loved the food. Yassine was always happy to help and has a great way with guests. Faty at reception was relaxed, friendly, professional, and great with customers. I loved this place. It's one of the most underrated hotels in the region, and I'd highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay and I'd recommend the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with a great view. We were welcomed right away with tea, and the staff, especially Youness, were polite, well mannered, and very friendly.

I would avoid this place. The views are good unless the farmers across the hotel are doing their wildfires. Staff tried to skim us on EUR/MAD exchange differences. We also had a lot of haggling over an extra night, which we were told to pay for in cash. Then at checkout the next day, another staff member said the deal was off and the price was 25% higher.

The staff were kind and attentive, and my room was very nice. I stayed just one night with a tour group. It's a great guesthouse with amazing mountain views, and both dinner and breakfast were good.
