I’ve been here for work for over a week, and nobody has come to clean my room, change the sheets, or empty the bin. I’ve asked at reception, but they nod and smile, then forget. Without a shower curtain, water covers the whole bathroom and it floods. The balcony is covered in so much bird poo it feels like a health hazard. I gave up on breakfast and dinner after trying them a couple of times. The food wasn’t nice, and the advertised pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. To give credit where it’s due, the coffee is great and the laundry service is spot on. The beds are comfortable, even without fresh sheets.

They’ve renovated parts of the lobby, dining room, and bedroom, but the lighting is inadequate. There’s no air conditioning, the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, and there’s no elevator to the third floor. That’s not the end of it, either.

The panoramic view of the Mediterranean is quite impressive, and you can even see Spanish cars on the other side. It’s calm and cosy, the hotel staff are professional, and the food is very delicious. There’s also a private beach nearby, about five minutes away.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever set foot in. There’s no air conditioning, and it stinks. A few cats can be found in the rooms too. Staying here was the worst mistake of my life; I’d rather sleep in a garbage can. Please save your money and don’t come here, thanks.
