I spent two days at this residence hoping to relax, but the parking situation for my motorcycle was frustrating from the start. I couldn’t find a clear spot. A guard came over, but even though I arrived first, he left me waiting while he helped other cars. Then he pointed me to an awkward place and kept asking me to move the bike again for other vehicles. I went to reception to report what was happening, and on the way the guard crashed into me. When I finally explained things at reception, he yelled at me and acted aggressively. I felt disrespected and unsafe instead of being able to enjoy my stay. I paid for some peace and comfort, but left feeling deeply uncomfortable. I strongly advise against coming here.

The rooms are okay, but the toilets are filthy. The cleaning lady starts banging on the door and shouting for us to leave at 10:30, even though checkout is at noon. We’ve told her more than once that we’re leaving at noon, but she ignores us. She also walks into rooms without doors to take towels without permission, and doesn’t even knock.

The stay was pleasant, apart from the noise at night. People drag chairs and tables around in the middle of the night, and the night watchmen make a racket very late too, even at 3 a.m. They don’t respect the neighbors.
10/10
The prices are very reasonable, and the residence is both quiet and secure.

The place seems very dirty, and so does the swimming pool.
