10/10
It was so peaceful waking to birds in the garden, and being about 20 minutes from the centre of Marrakech helped keep things quiet. The garden and grounds were beautifully maintained, and we could eat indoors or out on the patio. Staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Our room was very large, comfortable, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed, including a wardrobe, safe, and dresser. The beds were comfortable too. The only letdown was the shower cubicle: it’s quite small and feels below the standard of the rest of the bathroom. Otherwise, the whole place is at a high level. Highly recommended!

I felt completely let down and unsafe here. Money was stolen during my stay, and the staff showed no concern or professionalism when I raised it. Karim treated me very disrespectfully and made an already upsetting situation worse. I felt ignored, and this place doesn’t deserve its reputation. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

A truly terrible stay. My money was stolen, and the hotel staff didn’t take it seriously. Karim was rude, disrespectful, and no help at all. I felt unsafe, disappointed, and ignored. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I strongly don’t recommend this place.
