When our flight was canceled late at night, the staff helped us find a place to stay and welcomed us back with open arms. After checkout, we were still allowed to use the rooms and swimming pool facilities. They were so accommodating. Earlier, we’d arrived late and could still order food and use the facilities. The owners welcomed us personally, the staff were friendly, our suitcases were taken to the room, and we got a tour of the beautiful villa. Everyone was easy to approach, and we could sit, eat, or relax anywhere. It was very clean, luxurious, and beautifully decorated, with lots of places to read or have a bite or a drink, plus a nice pool and large grounds. The villa was brand new, so some requests were new to the staff, and communication in English could sometimes be difficult. Still, they tried hard and did everything according to our wishes. The owners and staff made the stay feel personal and special. After busy days in the old town, this was a perfect place to unwind while staying close to central Marrakech. It was quiet, beautifully situated, and I’d absolutely recommend a stay. I hope to come back one day.

We’d been staying in the Medina, but couldn’t cope with the mopeds and pollution. We contacted Sophie at Villa Singuliere, where we were due to stay later that week, and luckily they had a room free a few days early. They rescued us and brought us to the villa. From arrival, it felt like a special place. Laurent and Sophie are real professionals, and the villa and everyone there are as good as it gets. The food, staff, ambience, smells, cleanliness, and decor were all A Class. You have to experience it yourself. I’m writing to honour all the hard work that goes into this place, though part of me wants to keep this secret stay quiet. Simply amazing!

The room was clean, nicely designed, and had a good mattress. The staff were super friendly and trustworthy, even though not everyone spoke English. For us, the room and service deserved full stars. We didn’t like having cats roaming around both inside and outside the hotel. They even jumped onto food left on the table. Breakfast could also be easier and more efficient if staff asked the evening before what guests wanted to eat. The hotel grounds are very nice, but the distance from Marrakesh was a drawback for us. A one-way taxi costs about 20-25€, so getting into the city and back is around 50€. We chose this hotel ourselves, but next time we’d stay closer to town. Cafe Del Mar is right beside the hotel, and its music was very loud during the day until about 7pm. We couldn’t enjoy the quiet by the pool or outside. That was a no go for us, though we don’t blame the hotel for it. We’d pick somewhere quieter next time. I’d recommend this place if the distance and loud music won’t bother you. This rating reflects our personal opinion.

The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever met. We’ve just had the most amazing week at Villa Singulière, and can’t thank them enough. The place is stunning and so peaceful, and arranging taxis into Marrakesh was easy too. We can’t wait to return and experience more. Thank you! 👏🥂
