We were there for one night to see the old medina. The rooms were clean and the service was good, and the price was affordable. The bathroom door was see-through glass, though, which wasn't ideal. Still, it was a good experience overall.

At this "hotel de nice," the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and everything was very clean. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing stay, I'd definitely recommend it and come back. ♥️

The receptionist was incredibly rude. When I asked for a room, he stared at me as if I'd insulted his whole family, then answered in a quiet, bored voice. I asked to see the room, and it had a strong mold smell, so I asked if there was one with more ventilation. He immediately switched off the light and said, "No, I don't want to rent you anything anyway," then sent me downstairs. While I was still going down, he turned off the stair light, leaving it very dark. By far the worst service experience I've had. I'll never go back.

The lift isn't working well, and the receptionist wasn't very helpful and doesn't speak French. They said at reception that there was internet, but I had none in my room on the 4th Floor. It only worked at reception.
