The couscous was the best we’ve ever had, and the family made it for us at a good price. We were four people staying just one night, but felt at home straight away. They also gave us tea and breakfast for free, and were so welcoming that we were glad we said yes to the meal. Abdel and family, shokran! Hope we get to see you again.

The owner showed us a game he used to play with his kids, and offered dinner at a price that felt fair for how good it was. His wife cooked it, and it was delicious, with plenty left over for the next day. The place itself is beautiful, almost like a museum when you look around. Thanks, Riad Idrissy!

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and there’s a great view from the terrace. The owner and his family were so friendly that I felt welcome right away. It’s one of the nicest riads I’ve stayed in, beautifully decorated. Google Maps puts the street about 50 metres away.

The people who welcomed me in the middle of the night were really friendly. Breakfast the next morning was very poor, just one small bread, a little piece of baguette, jam and butter. When I asked for more, the man serving it said that wasn’t possible, and kept asking when I’d leave even though I had until 11am. I asked for water too, and he sold me a bottle for 10dam that was already open...

The owner was polite and helpful, and the accommodation was very comfortable. Dinner is delicious, though expensive. I didn’t like having to wake the owner when I needed to get out early in the morning.
