It’s an older hotel, but the rooms are reasonable. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Best coffee I’ve had in Morocco.

I appreciated the owner’s response after I raised my concerns. He came to the property the very next morning, took the feedback seriously, dealt with the outstanding problems, and made sure corrective action was taken. He thanked me for bringing the issues to his attention and giving the hotel a chance to put them right. Restaurant staff stayed polite and professional, the cleaning staff were courteous and consistent, and the prices are reasonable. The hotel has potential, and when management is actively involved, problems get handled quickly. I hope the changes last so future guests won’t have to go through the same issues before action is taken.

No AC, live cockroaches, freezing shower water, and hair all over the floor. There was black mold in the bathroom, plus a dead spider. The rooms were also incredibly ugly. The comforters looked like they’d been picked by someone who couldn’t see. Do not stay here.

The staff were polite and helpful, and our room was pretty, spacious, and had a balcony. It was clean and comfortable, too. The location and price were good. On a very hot day, 113 degrees, the AC worked really strongly and kept the room cool.

We were just stopping on the way through. The caravan park area was really nice, the service was great, and the food and coffee were good.
