Such a great adventure, I'd totally recommend it. Said was a lovely guide who really looked after us. The food was tasty, and the live music was great.

They let you use the great pool while you wait to be picked up for the desert camel tour.
The reception was unacceptable, and the prices were far too high 👎🏻😤
The dunes were beautiful, though the sandy stretch is about 10 km long, with only around 5 km of actual sand. It isn't an endless desert, so check the camp's location before booking and maybe consider another provider. The pricing was transparent but outrageous. Dinner and a camel ride there cost €60, while this place charged €85 on top of a tent and breakfast booked through Booking.com. The food itself was okay, but at the cheaper end of the price range. I could hear the loud diesel generator all evening, and being alone out there wasn't peaceful since it felt more like a tent city. My tent smelled of plastic, probably from a fan freshener. I managed to switch to another one, which was okay.
Ibrahim, our quad bike guide, was especially friendly, and the hotel staff were all so welcoming. They made our time in the desert really enjoyable. We booked both a desert excursion and a quad bike tour, and had an incredible time.
