👎👎👎 Our one truly awful experience in Morocco. The pickup car initially forgot us, then we were squeezed onto the back of a truck beside our suitcases on the floor for half an hour over rough desert terrain. The camels never turned up. They offered a camel tour at the camp instead, but it was only 500 meters there and back. Our drinks bill included things we hadn't ordered, and we got no change. They first refused the air conditioning, then charged an extra €30 (300 MAD!!!). Hassan, the owner, wouldn't cooperate despite these obvious problems. A complete tourist rip-off. Absolutely catastrophic, don't book here under any circumstances. 👎👎👎

The camel transfer lasted two hours, with a stop in the dunes to watch the sunset, and I'd recommend it. The tents were stylish and comfortable, beyond what I expected. Dinner was delicious and nicely presented, though breakfast fell short in both taste and quantity.
