The service was what made this place special. Everyone we met took time to look after us. I think one staff member was Hassan(?), who sorted out a bathroom problem, gave us a fun 4 wheel drive ride back to civilisation, and chatted about Berber culture over dinner. Another team member was lovely with my daughter, stopping by at mealtimes to talk and play with her. My family had a great time. The tents were plush, cosy, and clean, and the food was good too. The camel ride to the hotel was a great experience, as were the campfire and the singing and dancing after dinner. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing and the rooms were really nice. Sunset camel rides, sunrise, sandboarding, or just sitting in the sand looking up at the stars, it was all an epic experience. The evening fire and music were so much fun too.

We stayed with the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were friendly, helpful, and resourceful, and the food was fresh and tasty. The sunset camel ride to camp is a must try in the Sahara, and the bonfire was a 5/5, with good conversation, music, dancing, and a starry sky. On the way back, try the 4by 4 car in the sand too. Location and environment both get 5/5: it’s right across one traffic road from the desert. Service is 5/5 as well. I’d rate the stay 4.5/5.
