The rooms are very spacious, with balconies looking out over the mountain ranges, and the views are fantastic from everywhere, even the pool. There’s also a tennis court. Staff are keen to help, and the Atlantic and village below make for a great outlook. Highly recommended if you want to get away from it all and feel on top of things.
I stopped by for coffee, but someone unfriendly at the gate brusquely told me they don’t serve coffee or tea. Then I asked about room rates and was surprised by what seemed like hugely inflated prices: 220€ for two people. The hotel is on a cliff, and the road to the main entrance is rocky. Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth it.
The menu has a broad choice of food and drinks, and the panoramic views across Mirleft are superb. I’d especially recommend coming for the sunsets.
