It was dirty, there was no heating or housekeeping, and no one at a front desk. The owner only speaks French.

The food was delicious, high quality, and served in very generous portions. In the medina, this small riad welcomed us warmly, with typical Moroccan decor. Chantal, the owner, and the excellent service from Mouhcine, Nuez Ha, and Lahcen made us feel special. They’re like a little family, with their mischievous cat Miami too. A piece of our hearts stayed in Marrakech.

The location worked well for us, with Jemaa El Fna a 15-minute walk away and the Riad Larouss taxi stand just 3 minutes away. We felt at home quickly. Chantal and her staff took lots of time to answer our questions. Wi-Fi was fast, breakfast generous, and the rooftop terrace lovely.
