Jamal was the real highlight of our trip. He took care of every part of our stay with such grace, from the practical arrangements to planning our days, and his advice made exploring Marrakech easy. By the end, he felt like a true friend. Breakfast was another highlight: everything was fresh and delicious, with care taken around food intolerance. The Riad itself is a beautiful, quiet, high-end retreat, but Jamal’s hospitality is what made us feel at home. It sits in a central spot in the oldest, most characteristic part of the Medina, so the lively city is right outside while the refined, luxurious Riad is waiting inside.

The spa was a highlight, with deeply relaxing treatments that added a special touch of luxury to my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully done, and the location made it easy to explore nearby. The peaceful, authentic atmosphere and lovely traditional design have thoughtful details throughout. Staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. I’d recommend this riad to anyone after a memorable, relaxing stay.

The rooms were beautifully maintained, spotless, and so comfortable after busy days out. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with lovely local ingredients prepared and served with care. I especially loved the Amlou :-) Jamal and Mohammed were warm and thoughtful from the start. They helped carry our luggage to and from the taxi drop-off, quite a task in the Medina, and made sure we felt looked after the whole time. After our muddy hot-air balloon trip, they even cleaned our sneakers without being asked. That kind of generosity says a lot about how much they care about their guests. Riad Nalan & Spa is a charming gem, and we have such fond memories of our stay in Marrakesh. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Mohamed and Yamal were so friendly, organized, and helpful, with good local tips that made us feel at home. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I also had a Hammam and massage at the hotel, and both were fantastic. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting!

The roof gave us stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, and the riad was an easy short walk from everything Marrakesh has to offer. Inside, it was clean and beautifully furnished, with a team that couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Mohamed helped us settle in and kept checking on us during our stay. He explained the best places to visit, helped plan our days, and made us mint tea and coffee. The lovely women in the kitchen, whose names I’m sorry I didn’t catch, always smiled and made delicious breakfasts we looked forward to every morning. The last two nights of our amazing week in Morocco were here, and it was probably one of the best bed and breakfasts I’ve stayed at. We’d recommend it to anyone and hope to return soon.
