There’s a sunbathing area and a pool for exclusive use, plus a guarded entrance. The apartments are modern, very nice, and recently built. The sea is 50 meters away, and the beautiful beach is just a one-minute walk. There’s also the ALI BABA bar.

Since the failing manager left, the residence has bounced back and now feels peaceful and soothing throughout the year. Its management started off chaotically.

Hello, I agree with my neighbor Ramzi. The pool water treatment is a problem, and so are the lighting at night and the basement drainage. Water drips everywhere.
