I wouldn't recommend staying here. They charge for water, even though you can't drink the tap water in Morocco. And they say they're a 4-star hotel? Make up your own mind, babe 😘 Mwah xoxo

The staff looked after us so well when we were feeling ill, answering all our questions and helping with every request. The manager even drove us to a pharmacy in his own car on the weekend, when pharmacies were closed. We also really liked the food, having dinner and breakfast there every day. The location made things easy too: the hotel is on a main road, so we could hail a taxi right outside, and the market was close enough to walk to. This place really saved our trip to Ouarzazate.

The room had only one key, so if you and your partner split up, you'll need to figure out how to get back in. The door only locks with the key. And if you go for a beer at the bar, you'd better have a good excuse ready for getting your wife to let you in afterward. For a place calling itself a 4-star hotel, the bathroom was also lacking. The shower dispenser was empty, so bring your own shower gel and shampoo. The hair dryer had no blower hose, and to get one you had to collect it yourself from reception. I'd strongly suggest the general manager visit another hotel with the same rating.

We were worn out from the trip, and there was no porter to help with our bags, so my wife and I had to carry them ourselves. The service felt inexperienced, the room was dirty, and the bathroom wasn't working when I went in. I booked for my wife, children and me, and left really disappointed. This hotel used to be good three years ago, but it has changed, including how it operates. I wouldn't advise staying here. Find another hotel.
