Family I.
We were a family of five at Riad Tama, and the staff were attentive, kind, and welcoming. The large rooms were clean and well furnished, and the location made a great stopping point. The terrace views were gorgeous, and the pool among the fruit trees was lovely. We also had a very good massage. Food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad. Dinner, which is pictured, was better than breakfast.

I was disgusted by how unclean this place was. I found pubic hair on the sheets and used items left in the toilet bin from the previous guest. I checked in late, went to reception to raise it and ask for fresh sheets, since there was no way I could sleep on those. No one was there except an employee, Abdallah. He came up, saw everything I described, and kindly tried to find clean sheets. They hadn't been ironed, but were better than the ones on the bed. Writing this still makes me feel sick. The courtesy slippers in the room were from a different hotel brand and had already been used, apparently for the next guest. There was also a used coffee cup from a previous guest, no soap in the shower, and an unpleasant smell throughout the place. The room I got looked nothing like the published photos. Breakfast wasn't worth much, and the quality was low, so I only had coffee. The next morning, when I checked out, the manager knew what had happened but didn't apologize. He charged the full room amount and just asked me to have breakfast before leaving. I said no, I wanted to go. I'm a travel agency, and he knew I check places before choosing them for my guests. I would never use or recommend this one. The riad isn't maintained. Don't be fooled by the Google pictures, those are from the previous owner's days. The place has changed, and I had a very bad stay. The price is too high for the quality and rating. I'd give it a 2 or 3 ⭐️. I've stayed at over 6 places in the area, all rated 4 stars or above, at the same price or less, and they were extremely clean with much better service. If comfort matters to you, do your research or visit first. I took and posted pictures as soon as I walked in, before I could shower and sleep.

The garden inside is great, and the pool is enjoyable. It's a really relaxing hotel with a lovely view over the surrounding landscape. The neighborhood might feel a little scary if you're not used to traveling, but people are friendly and welcoming. The staff were easily the best part, always kind and helpful. I was sick for a day, and they helped me get medicine and even brought breakfast to my bed. Would recommend!

The garden and pool were such a peaceful place to unwind, and we loved eating breakfast outside. Our room was comfortable, too. We stayed three nights at Riad Tama, where the whole team was friendly and accommodating, especially Mostafa and Hamid. It’s a quiet spot, so getting into the city centre takes a bit of time, but taxis are easy to find and usually inexpensive. I’d happily recommend it.

It felt safe, and the hotel looks so picturesque, like a photo you’d save from Pinterest 😍
