The rooms are pretty basic, but clean, comfortable and worth the price. The staff were polite and helpful. They arranged an airport transfer and helped us plan trips, including finding someone to take us. The hotel is nice and clean too. I've stayed in worse three star places.

Dirty, with no hospitality or service, and no AC. It doesn't deserve three stars or even have the basics of a regular hotel.

Nice facilities, friendly staff, and decent food. A lovely place.

The bed was very low and uncomfortable, and the huge pillow felt like a brick. I was nearly slouching all night and woke up with back pain. The AC wasn't working either, so when it got down to 4°C overnight, we were very cold. After checking out, I realised I'd left an expensive pair of swim shorts behind and called to ask for help. They were rude and uncooperative, and even hung up on me. Avoid this hotel.

We liked the food so much, and the hotel is close to the town centre, with shops just outside. Our room was standard, with a TV and table. The bathroom was ordinary and could be better. We were a couple but got twin beds, which was fine anyway.
