Breakfast was a lovely start to each day, fresh and delicious, and the hotel was spotless and thoughtfully equipped. I stayed at Fajr Hotel in January this year and felt looked after from the minute I arrived. The reception team were especially warm and attentive. Housekeeping noticed small things too, including how much I like coffee, and made sure I had plenty. Their kindness really stayed with me. It felt more like being welcomed than just staying at a hotel.

What stood out most at Fajr Hotel in Oujda was the staff. Everyone was warm and eager to help, from the front desk team, who were multilingual and professional, to the rest of the personnel. They made guests feel welcome and valued, with service that felt true to Moroccan hospitality. The central location also made it easy to reach the city's main attractions. The standards throughout the property were impeccable and exceeded what I expected from a hotel in this category.

The staff were really friendly. I asked if I could stay an extra hour and a half after checkout, and they told me I could stay as long as I wanted.

We had a spacious room on the 4th floor that worked well for a family with 2kids. Hotel Fajr is right in central Oujda, which was very convenient, and the staff were lovely and helpful. There is little parking on the street by the entrance, though. We had a great stay and recommend it.
