Hotel Ibis Oujda

My room had a great view, a large comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a good t.v. The staff were helpful across reception, housekeeping, the restaurant, and other areas. Ibis Oujda is in a very nice spot, close to both the train station and city center. There's also a lovely big garden and swimming pool, and you can eat indoors or outside near the pool.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, with everything I needed. I was also impressed by how well organized and managed the hotel was. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the hospitality was outstanding. Thank you for the excellent service at Ibis Oujda. I'll recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again.

The location is central and close to the essentials, and there is parking nearby for 10 MAD per night. The rooms were decently clean but very basic, with an odd layout and no dedicated spot for a suitcase. There's no kettle or coffee and tea setup, no safe, and no water provided. How can a hotel not provide water? Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash come in one 3-in-1 bottle. The poolside could use an upgrade. We were told to stop playing foosball because a meeting was taking place, which makes you wonder why the table is outside the meeting room. We skipped breakfast, since there are much better value cafes nearby.

I spent two weeks at the Ibis Hotel and it felt like a home away from home. The location was convenient, close to everything I needed, and my room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout. The whole team were consistently friendly, professional, and ready to help. Thanks for making the stay so pleasant. I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
