Riad les trois merveilles

I was in the area for work and got a free weekend to explore. Essaouira is only a short drive away, a magical coastal town with a lively medina, artisan shops, delicious food, and that ocean breeze. It gave me a nice balance between getting work done and taking a break. At Riad Les Trois Merveilles, I found a calm, grounding atmosphere that I really needed after a busy few weeks. The property is thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and beautifully kept. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived, and the location has a rare kind of quiet. The hospitality and reception were excellent. Mouna deserves a special thank you: she was warm, attentive, and available whenever I needed something, while still giving me privacy and space. You can tell she puts a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable. I'd recommend this place to couples, solo travelers needing a break, small families, or friends looking for a peaceful stay. It's not just for business trips. I left looking forward to returning, hopefully for longer next time, with more time to relax. Thanks, Mouna, for making the stay so special.

The meals were amazing, and everything was very clean. The Riad is in a really quiet area, and the owners made us feel at home. There's a breathtaking sunset view from the terrace. Highly recommend it.

Getting information or making a booking with this lodge was a frustrating waste of time. I tried twice, first in November 2022 and again in December 2022. I messaged the number listed for the property. A woman opened and read the messages, then replied that she was not “the owner,” without saying what she meant by that. She wouldn't or couldn't tell me the riad's name. The exchange did not feel trustworthy or like the conduct of a professional hotel.

We slept very comfortably in the big rooms, and the Wifi worked really well. The Riad is out in the countryside beyond Essaouira, surrounded by argan trees. It's a peaceful place to relax, breathe clean air, and enjoy the pool. Mona, her husband, and daughter were lovely hosts and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Thank you!!!
