Atlas-Résidence By Rent-Inn

I had a very poor experience, especially with customer service. Reception wouldn't help sort out the problem, and my messages to the staff there were ignored. I was charged twice for taxes, so I had to seek a refund through my credit card provider.

The location is the one good thing about this apartment. It looks great in the photos, but the price is too high for what you get. It needs renovation, the shower doesn't work properly, the sink was cracked, and the water wasn't hot. There were plenty of other problems too.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the room itself was hard to enjoy. I could hear street noise even with the windows shut, and the thin walls let me hear the neighbors at night. The pillows were so uncomfortable they gave me neck pain, and there were always ants in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Avoid this place. I couldn't book the full two days because of bank issues, and the person at reception said they'd cancel without a fee. About ten minutes later, after managing to take the smaller amount from the transaction, they charged me for one night even though I hadn't stayed there. When I complained, they kept pointing to Booking.com’s cancellation policy, although Atlas residence could have agreed to cancel. I've used Booking.com for many hotel stays and never had this happen. I don't trust these people.
